If you can, decorate your altar or sacred space appropriately for the Winter Solstice in colors of green, red, white, and gold. Whether real or artificial, use evergreens, holly, ivy, mistletoe, pinecones, or red/white poinsettias to decorate your sacred space. Also add to your altar: a white candle. You may have incense burning if you like preferably cedar, pine, myrrh, cinnamon, or frankincense. Make sure you have matches or a lighter on your altar.

Have your own Circle cast and be waiting (signed on to AIM) for your invitation to enter the Circle.
